Art Therapy involves meeting with an Art Therapist within a confidential relationship or group. Sessions are usually weekly for 1 hour.

Art Therapy can offer you the opportunity for self-exploration using art materials and words. Meeting regularly with an Art Therapist can help in working through difficult life issues. Sometimes words alone are not enough.

The LONDON ART THERAPY PRACTICE was founded in 1995 in South London and has developed in response to the growing need and interest in Art Therapy across the London Region.

Practice members have a post graduate qualification in Art Therapy, State Registered and members of the British Association of Art Therapists. The professional regulatory body is the British Association of Art Therapists at www.baat.org and State registration is through the Health Professions Council at www.hpc-uk.org

All members have considerable professional experience and are registered to practice privately. They are committed to providing a non-discriminatory service and practice in accordance with the profession’s code of ethics
