Your first meeting can be arranged by e-mail or by phone if you prefer. This will give you the opportunity to meet with a qualified Art Therapist to help you think about your current needs. During this meeting there is ample space for you to ask questions to help you decide if art therapy is for you. You may then be referred to a suitable Art Therapist. Preferences for a male or a female therapist can normally be accommodated.
